  • Trading name: Infinity Nova / InfinityNova Division, the name under which the owner operates. The company is in the process of incorporation; until it is registered, the party responsible for this site and for any relationship arising from it is the natural person identified above.

2. Purpose

This website presents the company, its portfolio of software platforms and its research lines. It does not constitute a binding commercial offer and does not allow online contracting of services.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

All content, design, source code, logos, trademarks and other elements of this site and of the platforms described are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. The software assets described are distributed under proprietary licence. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or modification without express authorisation is prohibited.

4. Accuracy of information

Information on the development status and maturity of each asset reflects the situation at the inventory date stated in the corresponding profile. It is neither a warranty of functionality nor a commitment of future availability.

5. Liability

Infinity Nova accepts no liability for damages arising from improper use of this site, service interruptions due to force majeure, or information provided by third parties through external links.

6. Applicable law

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Carlet (Valencia).
